Management Team
Heliang Fu, Male, Director of SCCIP, PhD of biochemistry of Nanjing University, senior engineer, who enjoys the State Council Special Allowance. Dr. Fu is a visiting professor of College of Pharmacy of Sun Yat-Sen University, Vice-chairman of China’s Biochemical Pharmaceutical Industry Association, NPC member of Tianhe District of Guangzhou, member of the Guangdong Committee of CPPCC. Dr. Fu used to be the president of Tech-Pool Bio-Pharma Co., Ltd. He has undertaken a national 863 program, national Torch Plan program, national 1035 project program, special project for national high-tech industrialization and biological technology, and dozens of projects at provincial and municipal levels, who has applied 34 national patents of the inventions and won 18 the national patents granted, 1 US patent and 5 items have gone into international PCT process wherein two of them are given as China’s Excellence Award. He also won the First Prize of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province.
Kejian Zhang, Male, Vice-director of SCCIP, professor of Sun Yat-Sen University, PhD of Chiba University Medical School, who enjoys the State Council Special Allowance. Dr. Zhang used to be a visiting fellow of the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, Chiba University Medical School, and Zurich University Hospital, Switzerland. He used to be Vice-director of SFDA Evaluation Center, who has rich experience in evaluation and management of new chemical drugs and biological products. Dr. Zhang has published 40 or more papers and treatises in periodicals and journals both at home and aboard.
Shujin Zhao, Male, Vice-director of SCCIP, MD of Medicine, and PhD of Management, chief physician, who enjoys the State Council Special Allowance. Dr. Zhao is also a tutor of Ph.D. students of South China Technology University majoring bio-pharmaceuticals, and vice-director of Chinese Pharmaceutical Association Military Pharmacy Branch. He won 5 progress prizes in science and technology at the provincial level in the past 15 years (4 items as the first person and 1 item as the second person on the list). 50 or more papers have been published in periodicals and journals both at home and abroad with two treatises and is editor in chief for other two treatises.
