1. General Platform 

“Adhering to the principle of “Demand-draw, Resource Integration, Capability-based Action, Cooperative Construction”, SCCIP sets up a general platform of technical services in accordance with internationalization, networking, and a mode of virtual-actual combination to integrate the internal and external resources thereby achieving win-win. The platform is a fundamental one for the common requirements of the biomedical industry. 

At present, the general platform covers four sub-platforms, including Quality Study and Validation Platform, Pilot Platform, Animal Experimental Center and Clinical Trial Center, which have been put into operation for providing technical services except the one for pilot which is under construction. We would strive hard to construct the general platform that becomes a comprehensive service platform with its high level of technology enjoyed with sharing the services by innovation sources of our medical business and medical industry as well.
